Frequently Asked Questions
How often should we spray your property?
Take a proactive approach to keep pests out of your home! A monthly or bi-monthly program is the most effective way to prevent issues and benefit from free callbacks. We’re here to customize our pest control services to fit your individual needs and preferences.
Is the product we use safe?
Yes! The EPA establishes regulations and testing to ensure the safety of both you and our technicians. We adhere to these guidelines and labels to guarantee safety and effectiveness. We recommend allowing the treatment to dry before touching it to ensure safety.
What additional steps can I take to keep my home pest-free between treatments?
Keeping your home clean is one of the best ways to prevent pests from taking up residence. Regularly cleaning food crumbs, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash helps eliminate the things pests are attracted to. Be sure to seal food in airtight containers and store pet food properly. Cluttered areas provide hiding spots, so keep things tidy and organized. By maintaining a clean environment, you can greatly reduce the chances of pests finding their way into your home.
Does the product remain effective if it gets wet?
It will remain effective as long as the product has at least 30 minutes to dry.
Is it important to apply treatments in the winter?
Many people believe there are no pests during the winter simply because they aren't as visible as in warmer months. However, pests often hide in the warm areas around your property and are more likely to enter your home or indoors to escape the cold. That's why it's important to stay on schedule with your treatments to ensure your property remains protected.
Do we offer callbacks?
If you're on a regular schedule of monthly or bi-monthly services, we offer free callbacks between appointments.
For those on a quarterly schedule or less, we provide a 30-day callback guarantee. We can't extend this period because pests can establish nests in as little as 60 days between treatments.
If too much time passes, the product may weaken, allowing pests to access areas they normally wouldn’t. This makes it challenging to guarantee complete pest control and resolve issues if treatments aren’t consistent.
